SHATTA & TOUM
Berenjak founder Kian Samyani's shawarma kitchen Shatta and Toum is named after the two condiments always found on the table in the Middle East: shatta, a fiery chilli sauce directly translated as 'spicy' and toum, a garlic sauce. As the Middle East's answer to a grab and go meal, shawarma is the focus of the menu. Soft khobez bread is filled with crispy rotisserie chicken and marinated minced lamb, bound together with shatta and toum. The menu also showcases a range of hot and cold Middle Eastern mezze.
