PIES & SLICES.
The crisp-edged, east-coast style pizzas winning over London’s food critics.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Grace and James Newman, Gracey’s began life in St Albans, where their passion for East Coast pizza turned a modest neighbourhood spot into a destination for true pizza purists. With a focus on flavour-first toppings, long-fermented dough, and rich homemade sauces, their signature thin and crispy pies quickly gained cult status.
Now in its new restaurant, hidden inside Arcade Tottenham Court Road, Gracey’s continues to evolve with a new menu designed exclusively for its London home. Expect classics like the Smokey Ron and Sweet Vera alongside fresh creations such as the indulgent White Mushroom Pie, layered with roasted portobellos and caramelised onions, and the Grandma Square Slice, a crisp-edged homage to Brooklyn’s iconic pan pizza.Â
