Group dining bookings for up to 20 guests: 

You can book online for group dining up to 20 guests. 

  • Groups of 1–9 guests: 
    - No card authorisation is required to secure the booking. However, we kindly ask that you cancel or amend your booking online at least 4 hours prior to your reservation, using the link in your confirmation email, if you're unable to attend. 
     

  • Groups of 10–20 guests:
    - A card authorisation is required to secure the booking. You will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking time, in which case a £10 per person fee applies. You can amend or cancel your booking online, up to 24 hours prior, by following instructions in your confirmation email. 

 

Group dining bookings for up to 21 guests or more:

Groups of 21+ guests are invited to enjoy our Taste of Arcade sharing menus, ensuring an abundance of delicious Arcade favourites, served swiftly to your tables. 

  • Bookings made more than 48 hours in advance:
    - A 25% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your reservation. 
     

  • Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance: 
    - Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
     

  • You can amend or cancel your booking up until 48 hours prior to the date and time by contacting our team. 
     

  • Bookings of 21+ guests with a card authorisation can also amend or cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior by contacting our team, otherwise a £10pp late cancellation fee will be applied. 
     

 

Private dining room, semi-private area and full venue hire events: 

  • All quotes or proposals are valid for 48 hours. 
     

  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 25% of the agreed minimum spend (or total event cost, if higher) is required to confirm your event.
    - Semi-private and full venue hire bookings also require a signed contract between you (the client) and Arcade (the venue). 
     

  • The remaining balance is due:
    - 14 days prior for private dining room bookings
    - 28 days prior for semi-private or full venue hire 
     

  • A food and beverage pre-order, along with all guest dietary requirements (including allergies), is required to complete the event function sheet. 
     

  • If this is not provided at least 7 days before the event, a function sheet will be created by the venue up to the value of the contracted total, based on the venue’s recommendations. Any changes will be at the venue’s discretion. 
     

 

All booking types: 

  • Any pre-paid, unused monies on the day of the booking or event are non-refundable and non-transferable after the event end. 

  • Additional food and drinks ordered on the day are subject to availability and must be paid for at the venue.
