Palm Greens

Palm Greens are bringing their flavour-forward dishes to Arcade Food Hall for a Summer pop-up.

Palm Greens have served up plant-based goodness to Londoners looking to fuel the mind and body during long working days for the past five years. Spotting a gap in the market for delicious and nutritious lunches for busy workers, Palm Greens quickly evolved from a salad bar, to a residency café at Netil House, and finally to its current iteration as a sold-out quarterly supper club.

Kali’s background in health supportive cooking heavily influences the seasonal menu, whilst Memby’s twenty years of experience in the music industry places the importance of a positive guest experience front and centre. Together, they inject a fresh, forward-thinking attitude to plant-based food just in time for Summer.

The pop-up’s menu pays homage to a variety of global influences inspired by the pair’s extensive travels, whilst ingredients are sourced from a variety of local independent companies, many of which are co-ops, to ensure an ongoing commitment to sustainable, nutritious, and flavour-packed plates.

MENU

Mexican Tostada

A love letter to Mexico, created with black beans, quinoa, a crunchy tostada, and a plant-based crema with Chipotle for spice, and guajillo and cascabel for a deep smokey flavour.

Kale Caesar

Nutrition packed dark leafy greens, quinoa and butterbeans, a cashew Caesar dressing, and crispy capers to replace the umami normally provided by anchovies in this twist on a classic.

Green Goddess Noodles

A nutrient powerhouse, fuelled with brown rice noodles, a miso green goddess dressing, mirin roasted red cabbage, leafy greens, and finished with a furikake and gomashio sprinkle.

Grab a Fix8 kombucha to accompany lunch or dinner, whilst a selection of plant-based snacks and sides round off the menu.
