Chef Jacob Kenedy of Soho’s very own Bocca di Lupo is bringing his much-loved sister gelateria Gelupo gelato to Arcade.
Gelupo is serving up hand-crafted Italian gelato using the finest and most seasonal fruits and flavours developed by Chef Patron Jacob Kenedy. Gelupo sources their ingredients with careful precision to ensure only the highest-quality and freshest ingredients are used to produce their selection of one-of-a-kind flavours.
Gelupo’s offering is not to be confused with gelato’s cousin ice cream. The Italian gelato is produced using a much lower ratio of cream to whole milk than an ice cream, and churned at a slower rate to allow for a smoother and more intense flavour to develop.
Served the traditional way in Italian carapinas and using a paddle to scoop the good stuff high, Gelupo are bringing their fan favourite flavours to their pop-up in Arcade. Expect the classic flavours Pistachio, Bitter Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Ricotta and Sour Cherry.
Accompanying these traditional flavours are seasonal specials from Gelupo’s winter menu. Try the celebratory White Chocolate & Champagne, and a satisfyingly sweet Caramel & Gingerbread, generously spiced with ground ginger, allspice, and cinnamon.
