Thomas Straker, the chef who shot to fame on TikTok with his viral butter recipes, launches Flat Bread at Arcade Battersea. 

Fresh off the success of his first venture, Thomas Straker brings his decade of experience in some of London's top restaurants to Arcade Battersea, and completes the line up as the fourth of our new brands. 

Flat Bread champions food you want to eat, with six new flatbreads added to the line-up with the ever-popular Burnt Chilli Mussel Butter Flat Bread, made famous at his restaurant Straker's in Notting Hill. Choose from: 

Pecorino, leeks, pangrattato, lemon zest

Tomato, stracciatella, basil, olive oil

Burnt chilli mussel butter, chives

Tomato and fennel butter, anchovy, chives

'Nduja, smoked burrata, honey, leon

Confit duck leg, pickled onion
