  • Collaborate with the Head of Brand to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Arcade’s brand goals and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research on food and drink industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify content opportunities.
  • Create compelling, well-researched and SEO-friendly written content, including Reels, TikTok videos, carousels, blog posts, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Produce high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, to support various brand marketing initiatives.
  • Edit and optimise videos for different platforms, ensuring they align with Arcade’s style and tone.
  • Develop a deep understanding of different media types for different platforms and create content that suits each platform's requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry news, new restaurant and bar openings, and emerging trends to keep our content ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to ensure quality and consistency of content across all channels.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for content optimisation.
  • Build relationships with the various departments and team members across the sites (including Ops, brand partners, chefs and bartenders) to work with you on content creation.

Useful Skills:

  • Strong passion for the food and drink industry with a genuine love for food and drink.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in photography, videography, and video editing on/for phone.
  • Understanding of different media types and platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to spot trends, stay ahead of the curve, and bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Knowledgeable about new restaurant and bar openings, industry news, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
